Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please contact The Archive Vault if you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• An incorrect size or item compared with your confirmed order

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, products should generally be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With original tags and packaging where applicable

Products that have been used, damaged, modified, altered, washed or mishandled by the customer may not qualify for return. Customised or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return eligibility will be evaluated according to this policy.

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Once an eligible refund has been approved, and where applicable the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days. After the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Where applicable, original shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless the customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product due to our error.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable Return and Refund policy above will apply instead.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
