By placing an order through The Archive Vault website, the customer agrees to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

The website may be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service for other customers.

We aim to describe every product accurately, including material, fit, sizing and other available specifications. Product photography and screen colour reproduction may vary slightly from the actual item.

All products are subject to availability. Releases are produced in limited quantities and may sell out. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and, where applicable, process a refund for that item.

All prices displayed on The Archive Vault website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), unless otherwise explicitly stated. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and the same currency is used for the payment transaction. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price shown in your order summary at the time of order confirmation is the price that applies to that order.

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including where there is a pricing or stock error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an address we cannot service. Where an order is declined after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch, as described in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. After dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. The full payable amount, including any applicable shipping charge and taxes, is displayed in the order summary before you confirm payment. No undisclosed mandatory charge is added after payment begins.

We currently deliver orders within India. Order processing and delivery timelines, tracking and delivery responsibilities are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Return eligibility, refund initiation timelines and related conditions are described in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and shipping details, keeping their account credentials secure, and reviewing the order summary before confirming payment.

We may cancel, hold or investigate orders that show signs of fraud, payment misuse or chargeback abuse, and may share relevant information with payment providers, banks or authorities where required.

The Archive Vault brand, website content, artwork and designs are the property of The Archive Vault unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Our designs are fan-created and are not licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any franchise or rights holder.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

The website relies on third-party services for hosting, payments, email and delivery. Those services operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

Please retain a copy of your order confirmation, payment confirmation and transaction details for your records.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
