Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed after successful order and payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation. Processing may take longer during limited releases, high-demand drops, public holidays or other operational circumstances.

Order processing time is separate from courier delivery time. The total time a customer waits is the order processing time plus the courier transit time.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on factors including:

• Customer location and serviceability of the delivery PIN code
• Courier partner operations
• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Operational circumstances
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We currently deliver only within India.

Where tracking is available, tracking information is shared after dispatch by email or SMS, and is shown on the order status page in your account.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a reachable contact number. The Archive Vault may not be responsible for delivery failures, delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Any applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed in the order summary before final order and payment confirmation. No undisclosed mandatory charge is added after the customer begins the payment process. All charges are shown in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
